The CE101C Gasoline-Powered Fire Rescue Concrete Chain Saw with SealPro™ Diamond Segmented Chain cuts reinforced concrete up to 14 inches thick. No power pack and no hydraulic lines are required. Only one water line is necessary to lubricate and cool the chain and eliminate any concrete dust. A 2 gpm (7.5 liters/min) flow of water at 20 psi (1.5 bar) is all that is needed. In many cases a standard residential hose can supply all the water necessary. Water can also be supplied by any water source, including fire hydrants, engines, and tenders. We also offer a complete Concrete Sawing Kit that includes a pump and all accessories to supply water.

The CE101C cuts a wide range of materials, including reinforced concrete (rebar), masonry brick, concrete block, natural stone, and abrasive concrete. We developed a powerful 6.2 cu. inch (101cc) engine specifically for concrete cutting. An advanced crankshaft sealing, sealed throttle shaft, waterproof ignition, and a special air filtration system are just some of the features that allow this internal combustion engine to operate in the hostile and wet rescue concrete cutting environment.

SEALPRO™ DIAMOND CHAIN

Comes in 12" length (30 cm or 27 segments) and 14" length (36 cm or 32 segments). We have more information available on our DIAMOND Chain.

FLAME COATED GUIDE BAR

12" (30 cm) or 14" (36 cm) with a special .003" (.076 mm) to .005 (.127 mm) coating of chromium tungsten carbide applied to the bar rails.

WALLWALKER

The pivoting of the Wallwalker® creates a 4:1 mechanical advantage for cutting by transferring forward pressure into downward pressure.

PIVOT “DOGS”

The Pivot "Dogs" are hardened metal spikes that allow the saw to gain purchase in the concrete to create a mechanical advantage by pivoting the saw into the cut.

FOAM COVERED FULL-WRAP HANDLE

The Full-Wrap Handle design allows the operator to cut in any position, even upside down and provides additional protection by acting as a "chain catch." The closed foam wrap reduces vibration and creates a non-slip surface for working in wet cut rescue environments.

SCRENCH TOOL AND TOOL HOLDER

This handy, universal tool can be used for all adjustment and maintenance of the Concrete Saw.

SWIVEL HOSE CONNECTOR

The Swivel Hose Connector enables the operator to work freely in all three axes and through 360 degrees of direction. It keeps the water supply hose out of the way during cutting.

WATER PRESSURE GAUGE

The Water Pressure Gauge shows the water pressure being delivered to the saw to ensure long chain life.

MUFFLER EXHAUST PORT COVER

The Muffler Exhaust Port Cover prevents water from entering the engine through the muffler.

MULTI-STAGE FILTRATION SYSTEM

The Multi-Stage Filtration System is oil-coated to repel water and create a tack barrier. A fine mesh nylon screen adds an additional barrier to water ingestion.

STARTER SPRING LUBRICATION PORT

The Starter Spring Lubrication Port allows lubrication of the starter prawls and springs without disassembly.

RUBBER COATING

The entire bottom of the saw is coated with a layer of rubber to protect the saw from the abrasive concrete and to stop the saw from "walking."

MOMENTARY ON/OFF CONTACT SWITCH

Our positive On/Off switch is always in the "On" position for reliable starting and to eliminate the possibility of flooding.

FUEL MIX TANK

The 0.26 gal (1 liter) capacity fuel mix tank allows for 15 to 18 minutes of continuous full-load operation of the saw.
