Julian, CA, April 2003: Cutters Edge introduces the '234' guide bar, a new one-piece design guide bar that is made of a steel alloy material with induction-hardened rails. It is available in 12, 16, and 20-inch lengths. The new fire rescue saw guide bar is 22% thicker than any other rescue saw bar for better heat dissipation and longer life.

The one-piece design, with an integrated sealed sprocket, virtually eliminates failure due to misalignment. The unique chamfered-edge rail also reduces wear and enhances chain life.
