CE735R Rotary Rescue Saw

The CE735R Rotary Rescue Saw that features new technology for the fire rescue industry. The engine has a hemi-head piston and compensating carburetor that delivers remarkable horsepower and torque for its 73.5cc displacement. Coupled with a 2.87:1 transmission gear ratio, it produces a greater mechanical advantage over the cutting workload at any RPM than any other rotary saw.

The CE735R has a spring-loaded stainless steel guard that automatically adjusts in the cut for maximum safety. Dry weight is only 23 pounds and fully loaded with fuel and blade, the CE735R weighs just 28 pounds. It accepts 20mm, 22mm or 1" arbor blades and can be purchased without a blade or ordered with a 12" or 14" Cutters Edge Black Star or Black Lightning Diamond Rescue Blade.

The Black Star Diamond Rescue Blade. It cuts any material: concrete, steel, metal, brick, wood, aluminum -- you name it, this blade will cut it.

The Cutters Edge Black Star Diamond Rescue Blade lasts up to 100 times longer than a standard rotary blade. The diamonds are attached to the blade through a vacuum brazing proces, instead of the elctroplating process used to manufacture other diamond blades.

The vacuum brazing process means that we are able to use a thinner layer of bonding alloy to permanently fuse the cutting diamonds to the substrate. This exclusive process leaves 30% more of the diamond's cutting face and edges exposed for faster, cooler cutting and significantly longer diamond cutting life.

The Cutters Edge Black Star Diamond Rescue Blade is available in 12", 14" and 16" diameters and will fit any brand of rotary saw on the market.

A New, In-Line Cooling Port Design with More Cooling Ports - Enables faster and cooler high speed diamond cutting performance in all materials.

Excusive Bi-Directional Cutting Capability - The Black Lightning Blade cuts safely - in either rotational direction for long blade life and maximum performance. Unlike other blades that have angled gullets, limiting them to safely cutting in one rotational direction and reducing their blade life, the perpendicular gullets on the Black Lightning Diamond Blade allow cutting in both rotational directions; enhancing safety, cutting speed and blade life.

Both the Black STAR Diamond and Black Lightning Blades utilize a High Technology Vacuum Brazing to permanently bond the cutting diamonds to the substrate yet leave more cutting surface exposed.

High technology vacuum brazing process is able to use a thinner layer of bonding alloy to permanently fuse the cutting diamonds to the substrate. This exclusive process leaves 30% more of the diamond's cutting face and edges exposed for faster, cooler cutting and significantly longer diamond cutting life than electroplating.

Electroplating is simply a mechanical encapsulating process and requires a much thicker layer of bonding material to attach the diamonds to the substrate. This thicker layer can cover up to 75% of the cutting diamond which produces a much lower cutting profile that results in more heat buildup and reduces the diamond cutting life.
